Based on the Lewis Carroll classic Alice in Wonderland , which will combine performance-capture imagery, currently seen in Beowulf , with live-action footage. Alice in Wonderland stars Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter , Michael Sheen, Mia Wasikowska, Matt Lucas and is directed by Tim Burton. The film is set for release on March 5, 2010.

Lindsay Lohan told Harper's Bazaar t hat she's gunning for the role of Alice in Tim Burton's " Alice in Wonderland" movie.
