22 year old Jewish arms dealer fools military out of millions.

U.S. investigators are looking into accusations that a company hired by the U.S. military supplied corroded and decades-old Chinese ammunition to the Afghan Army and police. The U.S. government has suspended AEY Inc. of Miami, Florida for violating its contract, according to U.S. Army documents obtained by CNN. The Army and House Oversight Committee identified the president of AEY Inc. as Efraim E. Diveroli. He is a 22-year-old whose father started the company as a small printing company, according to WFOR-TV, a CNN affiliate in Miami. The government is conducting a criminal investigation into allegations that AEY Inc. knowingly misrepresented what the company would provide the Afghan security forces. Under the contract, AEY said it would supply ammunition manufactured in Hungary. But an investigation by the Army found most of the bullets were made in China, a violation of the contract, according to the Army documents. U.S. regulations bar companies from purchasing weapons or ammunitio

PERFECT ALIGNMENT! XM-SIRIUS MERGER GOES THROUGH!

Image
NEW YORK The U.S. Justice Department approved the merger between satellite radio companies Sirius and XM Monday, more than a year after the two companies first announced their deal. In its decision, the Department of Justice had to determine whether an XM-Sirius merger was anti-competitive, or if other media companies such as Clear Channel ( CCU , Fortune 500 ), CBS ( CBS , Fortune 500 ), or even Apple ( AAPL , Fortune 500 ) with its iTunes software and iPod music player served as alternate options for music and media customers. The Federal Communications Commission must also approve the deal before it can officially be completed. The FCC has yet to make a decision on the deal. The merger would combine the nation's only two satellite radio companies and create a company with about 14 million subscribers. It would bring together Sirius' most well-known content, including Howard Stern and National Football League games with XM's Major League Baseball as well programming from

NYPD TO BUILD TERROR VAULT.

Image
The NYPD is going to be constructing a secure facility at police headquarters to house and gain access to classified anti-terrorism intelligence previously limited to national organizations like the FBI. The center is known as a Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence Facility (SCIF) and access to the facility will only be granted to NYPD personnel with proper security clearances. The SCIF was requested by Police Commissioner Ray Kelly, who has NYPD personnel working abroad to combat terrorism and gather information, but felt that the FBI had a choke hold on anti-terror data collected at the national level. He told The Washington Post , "People have information, and they want to control information. Controlling information is power, and they don't want to let it go -- it is as fundamental as that." It took six years after Kelly's initial request in 2002 for the FBI to agree to share its information. At first, the Bureau was resistant to the idea because it didn'

FBI kills man with missile..

Image
A U.S. missile strike in southern Somalia on Monday targeted a man wanted by the FBI, according to a senior U.S. official. It is unclear whether Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan was killed when a U.S. submarine fired a tomahawk missile at the target, the official said Tuesday. The FBI wants Nabhan, 28, for questioning in the 2002 suicide bombing of an Israeli-owned hotel and the unsuccessful attack on an Israeli charter jet in Mombasa, Kenya. The U.S. military has long sought Nabhan because he is believed to be deeply involved in al Qaeda's East African operations, the senior official said. Ten Kenyans and three Israelis were killed when three suicide bombers detonated a car bomb outside Mombasa's Paradise Hotel. The bombing took place within minutes of an unsuccessful missile attack on an Israeli charter jet, which was taking off with 261 passengers and 10 crew members. The Pentagon on Monday confirmed that the U.S. military struck "a target against a known al Qaeda terrorist

Wierd, 6 killed in Memphis without explanation.

Four adults and two children were found dead in a home Monday in Memphis, Tennessee, authorities said. Three other children were wounded. A neighbor told CNN he had heard shots at the home Saturday night. The four dead adults were shot and the two dead children were stabbed, sources told CNN affiliate WMC-TV. At least one of the wounded children also was stabbed, police told the Commercial Appeal newspaper. "I heard about six or seven shots," said Wayne Bolden, a landscaper who said he lives across the street from the home where the killings occurred. "I did not call the police because you always hear shooting in this neighborhood. Now I wish I would have called." He said he did not see any movement at the home the next day -- the two cars, a van and a passenger car, never moved. Monday he saw many police cars at the home and heard about the killings, he said. Memphis Fire Department spokeswoman Melanie Young said firefighters responded to a 911 call at a hom
